✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, cosmetics, personal care items)

  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-related products

  • Products bought on clearance or flash sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence


🔄 Return Process

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product or you may be asked to send it back


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection

  • Prepaid orders: Refund via original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • Free return for damaged, defective, or wrong items

  • For other reasons, return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size/color issues (subject to stock availability)

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
