You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, cosmetics, personal care items)
Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-related products
Products bought on clearance or flash sale
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product or you may be asked to send it back
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection
Prepaid orders: Refund via original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Free return for damaged, defective, or wrong items
For other reasons, return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund
Exchanges are allowed for size/color issues (subject to stock availability)
